Dementia Matters Here
Dementia Matters Here is a charity based in Herefordshire offering support and information to people with a diagnosis of dementia or MCI, and their carers and families. We offer a telephone support line, where an advisor can offer information, support and signposting. We run carer support groups in Leominster, Hereford and Ross-on-Wye. Our memory cafes offer a social opportunity to gain support through activities and build friendships. The meeting centres provide support for people with dementia and family carers to help them to live well and adjust to changing needs.
